Equipment structure and system configuration
The main body of the device is blue (Jie Sheng color number JS-SK-003), and warning signs are placed on the parts involved in personal safety. The fuselage is welded by profiles, and is machined after vibration aging treatment to ensure rigidity and accuracy of the mounting plane. It is equipped with four height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors; parts and components of the equipment according to the actual working conditions The environment needs necessary surface treatments, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to meet the need for sufficient strength and surface functions of the parts. The main structure of the equipment is as follows:
Mechanical structure:
Feeding structure: Use vibrating plate to feed. The vibration surface of the disk is about 400MM and 600MM, and the surface of the disk body is sprayed with glue to reduce noise.
Rolling groove structure: The pipe is rotated by the rotating motor, and the groove is pressed against the wall of the pipe through the rolling groove structure.
Net loading structure: The air filter is pushed into the pipe fittings by the cylinder as power.
Electrical structure
Using CNC system to implement automation, DC weak current control, safe and stable operation, and few system failures. The air switch adopts high-quality air switch, Schneider button, and other main electrical components such as selection switches and intermediate relays are all OMRON products. The control circuit is provided with overload protection function.
The installation of the electrical components of the equipment complies with the relevant national regulations and has a reliable grounding device. The terminal blocks, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box are installed in the VDE standard V-shaped groove. The electric control cabinet uses all-plastic combing cabinets with wire trunking for clear wire numbers; the control panel is clean and the subtitles on the signs are clear and easy to see.
