A3: Our lead time around 45 working days for the staircase and around 35 days for the balustrade products.

Step1. Inquiry form customer for a partucular product or project;
Step2. Offer us your project drawing or purchasing list for ue checking;
Step3. Our professional team work on the building information, and work out a solution for each product and also quotation;
Step4.Customer check and confirm the solution and quotation, then sign the PI and arrange deposit;
Step5. We offer the details shop drawing for each products and customer confirm each shop drawing.
Step6. Arrange production.
