WH High-Density Scaleboard is divided into Standard, Medium and High density, the thinnest thickness is 1.6mm.
Harden Scaleboard: Produce surface harden or full harden according to customer's requests.
Hydrophobic Scaleboard: Produce surface waterproof according to customer's requests.
Characteristics

Low thermal conductivity, low shrinkage, low impurity content
Smooth surface, uniform thickness
Resistance to heat shock,resistance to chemical erosion
Resistance to air eroding.
Typical Applications
Stainless Steel Processing,Float glass furnace heat treatment and Equipment in the transmission of thermal insulation
Used as the gasket in hot oil water vapor acid or base solution as medium in the equipment and Pipe flange connection
