Is the packaging of the display stan strong?
1. Packaging method: each part of the display rack is packed into a thick plastic bag or bubble bag, surrounded by 30mm thick foam, and exported to 5-layer carton with paper corner protection.
2. Packaging test: the first package must be crash-tested. After the test, open the package to check whether the product is damaged or deviated from the position.

1. Iron plate: the thickness of the top iron plate can be used for 0.8-1.0mm, and the thickness of the bottom iron plate can be used for 1.0-1.5mm.
2. Stainless steel square pipe (support pipe) : tube wall thickness can be selected from 0.8 - 1.2mm, size is recommended to use 40 x 40mm, 50 x 50mm, 60 x 60mm (our company), 70 x 70mm or 80 x 80mm.
3. Stainless steel round pipe (hanging rod) : tube wall thickness can choose 0.5 - 1.0mm, tube diameter is recommended to use 8mm, 9mm, 10mm (our company), 11mm or 12mm.

Round Pipe Support
1. Diameter of round pipe: our company adopts 12mm diameter, which can be selected from 10mm-15mm according to the weight of goods.
2. Round pipe on the top
1) For the sake of beauty and safety, each corner of the pipe is not a sharp right angle, but a rounded corner with a radian of 30. Rounded corner radians can be selected between 25 and 45.
2) The two diverging round pipes are fastened and connected to the y-bracket with M3 cross screw. Screws cannot be hidden, so it is not recommended to use screws larger than M3. The bigger the screw cap, the lower the aesthetics.
3) Clothes or trousers can be displayed directly on the pipe. Remove the screw from the pipe, and lock the screw after the pipe passes through the clothes, so that the clothes can be more intuitive and better displayed.
3. Y-bracket
1) The round pipe is made of welding technology
1) The "inverted Y" support feet at the bottom have an opening width of 36cm, which can be selected from 30cm to 40cm. It is recommended that the width of the supporting feet should be the same as the width of the wooden frame to ensure the stability of the clothing shop fixture.

1) MDF: can be pasted with dark or light wood grain, and can also be painted. The cost is lowest, so we use.
2) Solid wood: it can be sprayed with varnish or other special colors as required, with the highest cost.
3) Plywood: it can be pasted with dark or light wood grain and painted, the cost is moderation.
2. Wood frame size
1) Standard size: length 72.5 x width 36 x height 50 cm.
2) Other sizes: can be customized according to actual needs. In order to maintain the elegant appearance of the botique display stand, it is recommended not to exceed 80cm in length, 50cm in width and 60cm in height.
3. Fixed mode
1) On the y-type bracket, the iron plate with holes is welded. After locking the screws, the wooden frame can be fixed, and the screws are hidden under the wood board to maintain a beautiful appearance.
2) Universal glue can also be used to paste the wooden frame onto the Y bracket, but it cannot be removed, which is not flexible enough.
