Custom LED Display Metal Earphone Display Rack

One u-shaped acrylic display one earphone, the purpose is to facilitate customers to listen to the earphone.

1. Quantity: one or two u-shaped acrylic sheets can be selected according to actual needs.

2. Thickness: 3.0mm-5.0mm is available. No less than 3.0mm is recommended.

3. Color: transparent is generally adopted, and other colors can be selected according to brand characteristics. It is suggested to use transparent colorless or transparent color.

4.Shape: the U shape is good for the stability of the headset, and other shapes such as round shape and trapezoid shape can also be selected according to the characteristics of the headset.

Header

The top of the original design is U-shaped acrylic, can also be changed according to the preferences for the header, the header material can be used acrylic or cold rolled plate material, fixed or mobile mode.

1. Fixed mode:

1) cold rolled plate - fixed by welding

2) acrylic - adhesion and fixation

2. Activity mode:

1) cold-rolled plate - fixed with screws

2) acrylic - screw fixation

There are four types of advertisements on the header:

1. Screen printing: low cost, need screen printing mould, can only print simple fonts and patterns.

2. UV printing: logo has three-dimensional effect and can print complex fonts and patterns.

3, framed: high cost, but the screen content can be freely selected.

4, alternative advertising: commodity brands often change, can be pasted on the first card a transparent PVC or transparent acrylic label, can be free to replace the advertising board.

Acrylic cover plate is located below the u-shaped acrylic, its role is to seal the top and support the u-shaped acrylic or header.

1. Shape: our company adopts diamond design, matching with the bottom. Round, square and other shapes are also available.

2. Thickness: our company adopts a moderate 8.0mm, which can be selected from 5.0mm to 10.0mm.

3. Color: according to the brand characteristics can choose transparent colorless or transparent color, do not recommend the use of opaque material is not high-grade.

Middle Part

1. Structure

1) Triangle structure: displayed on three sides.
2) Square structure: displayed on four sides.

2. Power supply:
Wire plug type: durable, suitable for display rack with power outlets around, the position is not flexible enough.
Battery type: not enough durable wire plug type, suitable for display frame without power outlet around, beautiful and flexible enough position movement.

3. Led Lights
1) Applicable type: LED strip, with strong regulation, uniform distribution and low cost, it is not recommended to use other types of LED lights.
2) Lighting: white light, warm light and natural light are available.
3) Installation location: install on the acrylic strips, strong lighting. Install inside the middle, weak lighting.

4. Article Strips
1) Thickness: the recommended range is 1.0mm or 2.0mm. Thicker than 3.0mm will hinder light penetration.

2) Color:
Translucent color: our company adopts translucent blue acrylic. Customers can choose the appropriate acrylic color according to the color of the headset.

Transparent color or colorless: from the outside can see the product inside the situation, not elegant.And lamplight penetrative force is strong, can make the eye uncomfortable, do not suggest to use.
Opaque color: light penetration rate is very low, not beautiful, not recommended.

Hook

1. Applicable types

1) Sngle-layer hook: black protective rubber cap is on the front end

2) Double hook: the upper layer contains PVC label, and the advertising paper in the label can be replaced freely.The lower layer hangs the headset, and the front end also has a black protective rubber cap.

2. Size

1) Normal size: 150 * 5.0mm, 200 * 5.0mm, 250 * 8.0mm

2) Customized size: it is recommended that the maximum size should not exceed 250mm, otherwise it is not beautiful.

3. Quantity

1) Regular quantity: 3 hooks for each side

2) Quantity of customization: no more than 5 hooks for each side

4. Installation location

1) Fixed position: there are only 6 fixed hook holes on each side

2) Movable position: each side is made into a form of hole-board, and the hook position can be moved at will.

Bottom

1) Shape: our company adopts three-dimensional regular hexagon, and can also choose round, square and so on according to customers' preferences.

2) Thickness of cold-rolled plate: it is generally 1.0mm - 2.0mm thick, and it is not recommended to be less than 1.0mm, otherwise it is unstable.

2. Non-slip feet

1) Adjustable non-slip foot: adjust the distance between the bottom of the product and the cabinet surface, suitable for the display rack containing electronic products.

 

2) Non-adjustable non-slip foot: the distance between the bottom of the product and the cabinet surface is fixed, which is suitable for the display rack without electronic products.
