When producing, we add different additives to the PVC resin to gain different properties such as anti-aging, insulated, flame-retardant and transparent. Normally, this kind of PVC granules can be used in the following products: Galoshes or Rain shoes, Slippers, Insulated shoes, Anti-skidding shoes,Shoe soles etc.
This PVC granules can adjust to extrusion or injection molding. According to the requirements, this kind of PVC granules can be any color you like.
Classification of PVC soles
PVC sole divides into two kinds commonly.One is to mix by soft PVC, add the right amount of foaming agent to do sheet material, foam molding for foam plastic, made of PVC sole;The other is to use injection molding machine with a variety of molds into PVC sole. PVC sole has good physical and chemical properties.It can be said from the intuitive point of view is plastic material, is characterized by light, gloss.
