Paper Machine Cylinder Mould Cage
The cylinder mould box with control system and air control loop, control system must have total pressure head control and setting, level regulation, backflow regulation, and must be able to flush pump chain control and protection chain function, convenient production data setting and production regulation, and must have the corresponding cleaning tools. It is suitable for paper machines with a speed of 200-550m/min or less. It is composed of cloth pulping, diffusion, homogenizing and sizing.The pulper adopts the form of step diffusion. The part in contact with the pulp is 304 stainless steel. The box body is been mirror polished.
The inner body roughness is 0.4um, the other parts are 1.6-0.8um, and there is no pulp hanging phenomenon. Product Show
