viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity and ASTM D445 Standard Test Method for Kinematic Viscosity of Transparent and Opaque Liquids.
It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian fluids) by measuring the time for
a volume of liquid to flow under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer at a constant temperature.
Heating Medium
Detecting the transparency mineral oil,glycerol(glycerinum) or 25% ammonium nitrate water solution at 50 - 100°C.
Detecting the water at 20 - 50°C.
Detecting the mixture of water and ice,mixture alcohol and dry ice(fixed carbon dioxide) at 0 - 20°C
Detecting the mixture of alcohol and dry ice at 0 - -50°C,If no alcohol,it can be insteaded by unleaded gasoline.

I. Main technical features
1.Using microprocessor control technology, combined with a 10.2 -inch color LCD display and touch screen, according to Chinese characters
menu prompt operation, and has a certain fault identification, error message output and processing capacity.
2. Adopts the new type of temperature sensor and temperature control algorithm, the display resolution is 0.001 ºC, the
temperature control precision is + / - 0.04 ºC.
3. The design of floor type and all-in-one machine has two working units of A and B, which can synchronously or
asynchronously test the two sample simultaneously.Automatic/manual switching between two test units.
4. The automatic test process includes constant temperature, oil sample suction, detection, calculation, viscosity tube cleaning,
drying full automation, and can store 100 inspection records.
5.One or two cleaning fluids can be used to clean the viscosity tube, which can be done before drying, and the number
of cleaning cycles can be set by itself.
