Q: Are you a factory ?
A: Yes ,we are definately a factory. Our factory is located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang province, China,it is nearby Ningbo port ,welcome to visit our factory.
Q:Can I get a sample to check the quality ?and how long?
A:Of course you can. Small sets of samples are free if you have DHL ,TNT account, and others will be sent after receiving the sample fee and delivery charge.
Sample fee can be refunded after order confirmation when your quantity of the order reach US$5000.
Sample delivery time is about 3-5days
Q:Can i buy like 10pcs or 20pcs for trial order?
Yes ,samll quantity for trial order is available.Just the shipping cost is different with main products ,so we can dicuss and check it ,please contact with us freely!
Q:Can I put our brand LOGO on the box or the product?What is the MOQ?
A: Yes. We supply OEM service to meet your personalized needs.
If only print logo on products or stickers on color box(not re-design the color box) ,MOQ is 500pcs.
If print logo on products and designed color box,MOQ is 2000pcs
If use our design(don't need print logo on products and use our color box) ,the MOQ is 200pcs
Q:What is the payment term?
A: T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery)
Q: Do you have any certifications?
A: Yes, we have EN71/ASTM test report.
