1) Q: Are you a manufacture or factory?
A: We are manufacture .
2) Q: How about the samples?
A: We could send you the free samples. But courier cost should be collect expect for some long-term partners.
3) Q: What is your MOQ for the promotion?
A: Usually our MOQ is 500kgs in the promotion.
4) Q: What about quality control?
A: We have professional QC term with more than 5 experienced people. Who will detect the quality and specification piece by piece carefully Monitoring every production process until packing is complete, to ensure products safety into container.
5) Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The time of delivery is 5-10days after deposit for small order.
6) Q: How to ship?
By air express or sea shipping. We have good shipping partner to help you take the cargos from China to your country seaport, inland port or work-sis or ware hours.
7) Q: What's your payments terms?
We can accept T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight.
9) Q: What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20/container. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
10) Q: How can I know the exact prices?
Types of size, design and quantity are needed, and then we will quote you the exact prices. Or we could recommend if you have no idea.
