A: Yes. Please provide 300 dpi same size pattern. We accept jpg, psd, pdf, ai and tif.
Q2: Can you provide drop ship service?
A: Yes, we can. We accept various shipping methods,such as by sea, by air, by express, and by railway.
Q3: How about the package?
A: For scarf, home textile and tie, usually one piece in a poly bag.
For fabric, in roll packing with tubes and plastic bags.
We also accept your packing request.
Q4: Can I have my own private label and package?
A: Yes. We can customize label and package according to your requirements.
Q5: Payment term:
A: For samples by Western Union and for bulk order by T/T(50% inadvance and the balance be arranged before delivery).
Q6.Lead-time.
A:For samples,it needs about 3-5 days,for plain-dyed fabrics,about 7-10 days after receipt the deposit,for digital printed,about 15 days.)
