Working Principle:
Compact non-pressure solar water heater relies on the natural circulation of the water between solar tubes and the water tank. Thermosyphon systems work on the principle of heat rising. The water enters the bottom of the collector and rises to the tank as it warms. The advantage of this system is that solar heat is stored in a well-insulated tank, so hot water can be used at any time without the penalty of overnight losses. Moreover, the insulation of the tank can protect heat for 72 hours without heat loss.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are manufacturer, our factory is located in Haining city, Zhejiang province, near Shanghai, established in 36000 and begun the exporting work in 2006.
2. Can you make our logo on the products?
Yes, we have a logo printing machine which is special for metal printing.
3. What about the warranty?
We supply 3 years' warranty for the solar collectors and solar water heater, 1 years' warranty for the spare parts, electric heater and controller.
4. What about the lifetime for solar water heaters?
About 15 years more or less.
5. What is the MOQ requirements?
We accept sample orders. But we suggest full container order since we supply 1% free tubes and free logo printing for full container order. And the unit price is competitive base on a full container.
6. Which capacity need to choose?
100L for 2-3 persons
150L for 3-4 persons
200L for 4-5 persons
300L for 5-6 persons
7. I am interested in the solar water heater business, how to be your distributor?
Let me know which market you work for, I will check the models that we have exported, then we will give you some suggestion.
8. How is the packing for the solar water heater?
We pack the solar water heater separately, for example, one set of solar water heaters will include several cartons: one carton of the tank, one or two or three cartons of tubes, and one ctn of the frame. And for sample order, we suggest a wooden box or wooden pallet to tube packing.
9. What about the payment term and delivery time?
1). For full container order: the payment term is 30% in advance, 70% within 7 days after we send you the copy of B/L. The delivery time is 15 days.
2). For sample order: the payment term is 100% in advance. The delivery time is 10 days.
10. What's the certification you have?
We have Solar Keymark, SRCC, Inmetro, SABS certification. We will get another two Solar Keymark certification this year.
