Overview: This equipment consists of a rack, a feeding rack, a straightening unit, a fixed-length feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, an air control system, an electronic control system, a servo system, and a feeding rack.
Frame: The body is welded from profiles, and processed after vibration aging to ensure rigidity and accuracy of the installation plane. It is equipped with four height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors. The actual working conditions and working environment must be subjected to necessary surface treatments, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to meet the need for sufficient strength and surface functions of the parts.
Unloading rack: There are two sets of coiled coil unwinding system with active motor discharge function.
Straightening and Straightening Unit: adopts the whole substrate mounting method. The copper tube passes a pair of round rollers to eliminate local deformation. The horizontal and vertical surfaces of the copper tube are provided with 5 straightening wheels. Cutting mechanism: adopts the outer rotary cutter and supporting roller structure. In order to prevent the copper tube from sliding during pre-tensioning, which will cause the cutter to break, the copper tube is fixedly clamped and clamped by a two-stage booster cylinder. Double the clamping force of the pull-off clamping die. The feed mechanism uses an independent cylinder feed assembly to advance and return. The feed is stable and the tool is retracted quickly. The cutting amount of each cutting head is independently adjustable to suit different cutters. Changes in wear ensure consistent necking rates at all nozzles. Equipped with intermittent blade fuel injection device, each cutter head is provided with volatile oil lubrication nozzles to extend the service life of the blade.
Air control system: The compressed gas from an external source is purified by a precision water-gas separator. The pressure can be adjusted to provide a good gas environment for each circuit component. The precise position of the cylinder piston is controlled by the electric valve body. Pneumatic components ensure the sensitivity and stability of various actions during long-term use.
Servo system: adopts servo motor and driver, which are the feeding shaft motor and the material rotating motor, respectively. The feeding shaft is precisely driven by imported screw rods with high wear resistance and low vibration.
