Self support warehouse consist of a complete racking system that provides the basic structural support for the building's roof and walls. The highest density storage solution possible for nearly every type of pallet rack, this method of building construction reduces construction costs, lead times and minimizes the building footprint.
Hegerls clad-rack storage system is the most economic storage solution when a new building is required. Although AS/RS applications are the most common type of rack supported building, other racking systems such as Drive-In and Push-Back are also available. When land is at a premium and an accelerated construction schedule is required, a rack supported building is the optimal choice.

Yes, you can get a free sample.
4.May I know the payment way?
T/T, 30% for deposit to start production, 70% balance paid before shipment.
LC is acceptable.
5. How do you control the quality?
-Raw material
The raw materials are from the large state-owned steel companies,each batch has a strict inspection certificate,which ensures the quality of products from the very beginning.
-Primary process
First-class processing equipment to ensure the quality.
-Powder coating
The world's top Swiss Gema powder coating line to ensure the uniformity, brightness and thickness.
-Drying process
The key process to ensure the final quality, after this process, the coated film will be cured.
-Finished product inspection and packing
6. What support will you do for racking installation?
Installation instruction or video for simple works,engineer will be sent to site if required.
7. What information shall I provide to start my pallet rack project?
Pallet size, max. capacity per pallet,the available height of warehouse, forklift specifications.
