I. product introduction:
The training system is based on the real automobile ESP/TCS/BAS system to truly show the working principle of automobile ESP/TCS/BAS system. It can carry out demonstration experiment, fault diagnosis, data measurement and other practical operations of automobile ESP/TCS/BAS system.
II. Functional features OF this school equipment
1. A running automobile ESP/TCS/BAS system fully demonstrates the composition and working process of automobile ESP/TCS/BAS system.
2. ESP/TCS/BAS control unit assembly, brake master pump, brake sub-pump, wheel speed sensor and wheel speed signal board are integrated in the teaching board.
3. The board is painted with color spray-painted circuit diagram, installed with detection terminal, which can directly detect electrical signals on the board such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals of ABS control unit and wheel speed sensor
4. The teaching board is equipped with fault setting system, which can set one or more common faults to simulate the circuit faults of ESP/TCS/BAS system, so as to achieve the purpose of examination.
5. The teaching board is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which connected to a special or general purpose automobile decoder. The ESP/TCS/BAS system can perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data streams.
