Note: All the size are based on millimeter and production are calculated by 5mm float glass at 80% loading rate and 100% finishing rate. The change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the difference of glass thickness range and environmental factors, it is depend on actual situation.

Functional Description:
1,All driving systems are round belt construction, Synchronization is more steady and realiable.
2, Cooling section is composed of module parts, each part can be randomly adjusted: height, left&right location. Then it is more easy to make glass flatness better.
3, The blowing angle has been upgraded, the glass surface is very neat and clear.
4, Cooling section up down is controlled by lever lifting, this design could improve lifting precision.
5, Automatic height adjustment, to make sure the cooling section height precision.
6, UPS: If the power is suddenly off, heating chamber could expel the glasses and ensure the ceramic rollers are not dmaged.
7, Long-range control service, malfunction examination and solution.

Installation:
1-2 engineers for installation guidance, commissioning and training free.
Provide operation manuals, including electric diagrams, guidance of operation and maintenance, main process parameter setting.
Warranty:
1 year warranty.(Warranty start from finishing commissioning.)
Seller will be responsible for the non-artificial damage devices (not including wearing parts), provide technical services and spare parts, and assist to solve the problems during production. Seller should give assistance buyer to solve the problem timely when failures happen.
