7) Hydraulic tailstock arm device. It was used to support one end of decoiler's mandrel shaft, enhancing decoiler has enough loading capacity. So Loading capacity can be above 10T.
2. Straightening feeding part:
(1) Electric adjust straightening roller gap, It was driven by 2 set servo motor+worm-gear box, just need to put in set gap data in HMI, it can adjust straightener roller gap automatically, easy to opearte, having high adjustment accuracy.
(2) Feeding and straigtening rollers adopted Gr15, and all rollers finished heat treated, hard chrome plated, ground etc, hardness comes 60°-62°
(3) Servo motor+speed reducer to drive lower feeding roller, meanwhile feeding roller drive straightening rollers via gear sets. This structure is more powerful than normal power transmission via 2 set synchronous belts.
(4) Motorized bend arm device. It was mainly used to guide and press strip head down to insert strip head into straightening roller easily and smoothly. The tip of the coil maybe exist curved upward, after strips were guided to the entrance of the straightener feeder part, with the coil tip flatness device, it can press the tip and making the strips entering the feeding rollers easily.

3. Coil car
It was used to load, carry and lift coil then install coil on decoiler's mandrel automaticaly. Moreover, this coil car's two support rollers are motorized which was driven by hydraulic motor, so that it can assist strip head inserting straightening part smoothly.
4. Main optional part.
(1) Hydraulic shear. It's used to cut coil's scrap part, such as coil head and end.
(2) Oil feeder. It was used to roll and paint lubrication oil on strip's one side or two side automatically.
