Introduction of air-cooled heat exchanger
Air-cooled heat exchanger is a cooling equipment used in refining, chemical, metallurgy, power station and other industries. It is used to cool various industrial media. Air cooler application scope:
Dry air cooler can cool the medium to 200C above ambient temperature;
Wet air cooler can cool the medium to 3~50C above the ambient temperature;
Surface evaporative air cooler can cool the medium to close to the ambient temperature, and in special cases can be cooled to lower than the ambient temperature. It can replace the water cooler.
Introduction of surface evaporative air cooler
Surface evaporative air cooler is a new type of air cooler that integrates water cooling and air cooling, heat transfer and mass transfer processes into one and has the advantages of both; it is an efficient condensing and cooling equipment with high heat transfer efficiency, low investment, low operating cost, compact structure, energy saving and water saving, which is used in refining, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, refrigeration, light industry and other industries. So far, evaporative air-cooling has been widely used in ketone benzene units, gas separation units, alkylation units, propane deasphalting units, coking units, distillation units, catalytic units, reforming units, sulfur recovery units, light hydrocarbon recovery units, etc. in major petrochemical enterprises in China.

Surface evaporation air cooler mechanism
Heat transfer mechanism:
The water film is formed on the surface of the light pipe, and the heat is taken away by the evaporation of the water film. Both the temperature rise of the air and the temperature rise of the water take away heat, and the latent heat of vaporization of the water takes away heat.
Scope of application:
It is used for the condensation cooling of low temperature process medium with an inlet temperature of 160-80ºC, and the outlet temperature of the medium can be cooled to close to the ambient wet bulb temperature. It can replace the rear water cooler and wet air cooler.
