Description

Its structure is as follows:
1.The cleaning liquid tank is located below and behind the machine body, and the cleaning liquid tank is equipped with a stainless steel water inlet valve, drain valve, sewage outlet, filter screen, etc. After long-term use, the user must regularly clean the dirt on the bottom of the tank.
2. The hydrophilic part of the oil-water separator is made of stainless steel. The oil-water separator consists of a reducer, a micromotor, an oil suction disc, an oil scraper, a shaft, and a rack and pinion. The oil on the surface of the cleaning liquid is effectively discharged out of the machine.
3.The rotary table is composed of turn blue, shaft, bearing housing, sprocket chain, reducer motor, coupling, etc.
4.The spray cleaning system consists of a centrifugal water pump, a spray pipeline and a nozzle. The nozzles of the pipeline are distributed on the upper plane, the side and the lower plane, and the direction of each nozzle is concentrated on the center of the workbench. Cleaning. The spray angle is adjustable, and the user determines the cleaning time according to the degree of dirt on the parts being cleaned.
5.Electrical control system: The main electrical components are Siemens products, and the pneumatic components are China Taiwan Yadike.

Function realization:
1.Simple and convenient operation, cylinder control, solenoid valve control of pneumatic opening and closing, all button operations.
2.The temperature digital display is adjustable and preset. It can realize automatic temperature control.
3.The cleaning time is adjustable and preset.
4.The top, bottom and sides of the cleaning pan are sprayed with a single word.
The connection between the nozzle of the upper cover and the nozzle of the cleaning room is connected by a high-pressure hose.
5.Filtering method of cleaning liquid: plug-in filter + oil-water separator + bag-type fine filter.

Automatic alarm after cleaning is completed, the pump stops.
If the water tank is out of liquid, it will automatically alarm to protect the water pump and electric heating tube.
