1: Are you a manufacture or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer engaging in the field of material handling equipment for more than 20 years.
2. How can I get the sample? What's the lead time of batch production?
A: Samples will be fine, the lead time depends on what kind of products you want, usually it will take 30 days for the lead time.
3: What is your MOQ?
A: Generally speaking, our MOQ is 10 sets, which varies with different products and our customers' needs, anyway
you are always welcomed to let us know your needs.It's have a talk first means half well done !
4: Do you provide ODM/OEM service?
A: OEM/ODM is welcome, From the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory.
5: How about Sample fee ?
A: we just charge the samples based on EXW price, and we will return the samples fee during the next order. Shipping information: it will be delivered according to customers' requirement.
