PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Decomposition temperature is about 195-210ºC

Azodicarbonamide(AC or ADCA) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205ºC.

Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self- extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless. non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. The particle size and distribution can be controlled with widely different ranges.The particle size and distribution is one of the significant factors.

We supply various specifications from 3-5 to 15-21um,such as AC1000/AC3000/AC6000/AC7000/DSP4/DN-4/DN-6/DN-8/SN3.

Azodicarbonamide ADC blowing agent is a universal high temperature Chemical foaming agent which has good compatibility and dispersity,applied for PE, PP,PVC, PS, EVA, ABS, RUBBER.

1.PVC/NBREVA/XPE/XLPE foam, thermal insulation material, elastic foam pipes/sheet insulation, HVAC insulation pipe, EVA foam sheet/board/tubes, and etc.
2. Artificial leather, PVC coated leather , PU/ PVC synthetic leather for Shoes/ Furniture/ Handbags/ Automobile Seat cover and etc.
3.Sport protection,Yoga mat,swimming mat,swimming safeguard, child floor mat, handcraft, flexible playground,wall paper,ect
4. PVC/EVA/TPU/TPR shoes sole, slippers, EVA MD,footwear material,and etc.
5.Constructional material,PVC Compound board for kitchen or washing room,flooring board,Kick line,furnishing board, and etc.
