Theoretically, the transmission distance of RS485 can reach 1200 meters, but in practical application, the transmission distance should be less than 1200 meters. Construction

24 AWG stranded (7x32) tined copper conductors,polyethylene insulation,twisted par, overall (100%coverage)+ TC braid shied (80%coveroge), 24 AWG stranded Tc drain wire, LSZH jacket.

RS485 fieldbus has a characteristic impedance of 120 ohms. The conductor is stranded by 2 * 2 * 24awg multi strand tinned electrolytic copper wire. The decor insulating sheath is suitable for installation and identification. The aluminum foil / polyester tape is 100% shielded. An independent multi strand tinned copper wire grounding conductor is added. The outer sheath is industrial gray PVC, and the color of the outer sheath is optional.

It can be used in places with serious interference, frequent rat damage and lightning protection and explosion-proof requirements.
