Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste resin, as the name implies, is mainly used to make paste. It is commonly called plasticized paste, which is a unique liquid form of PVC plastic in the unprocessed state. Paste resins are often obtained by emulsion and micro suspension.
Its paste powder is not like PVC resin because of its fine particle size. PVC paste resin is mixed with plasticizer to form a stable suspension, which is made into PVC paste, or PVC plastisol or PVC sol, and it is in this form that people use to process the final product. In the process of paste making, various fillers, diluents, heat stabilizers, foaming agents and light stabilizers are added according to the needs of different products.
The development of PVC paste resin industry provides a new type of liquid material which can be changed into PVC products only by heating. This kind of liquid material is easy to configure, stable in performance, easy to control, easy to use, good product performance, good chemical stability, with certain mechanical strength, easy coloring, etc., so it is widely used in the production of artificial leather, enamel toys, soft trademark, wallpaper, paint coating, foam plastic, etc.
