WORKING PRINCIPLE
The materials are put on the belt evenly by the feeder. Belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, dragged by gear in the dryer. Dryer consists of several units, each unit with independent hot air circulation; some tail gas is discharged by specialized wet exhaust fan; exhaust is controlled by valve; hot air goes through screen covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom, completes the process of heat and mass transfer and takes away moisture from materials. Belt moves slowly, with running speed freely adjusted according to the material temperature. After being dried, the finished products continuously fall into collector. Upper and lower circulation unit can be flexibly equipped according to user's needs, so is the number of units.
FEATURES
You can adjust the amount of air, heating temperature, residence time and feeding speed to achieve the best drying results.
Configuration of equipment is flexible; you can use network flushing system and material cooling system.
Most air is cyclic utilization, highly saving energy.
Unique air distribution devices make a more uniform hot air distribution, to ensure the consistency of product quality.
Heating source can be steam, conduction oil, electricity or supported coal-fired (oil) hot blast heater.
APPLICAITON
Dehydrated vegetables, granule feedstuff, monosodium glutamate, coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, medicines, crude drugs, small wooden products, plastic products, electronic devices without aging and curing.
