Vitamin E is a collective term describing a group of antioxidant compounds called tocopherols and tocotrienols. Our Vitamin E 700 IU Powder contains 700 IU/g of an enantiomerically pure and natural (RRR) form of Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol) in the form of D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate which includes an approximately 50% modified corn starch base that is added to allow the Vitamin E Acetate Oil to assume powder form. The D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate component of this power is oil or fat soluble whereas the modified corn starch carrier is not soluble.
