The surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade, and the surface is sprayed with varnish. ; Students can intuitively compare circuit diagrams and real objects to understand and analyze the working principles of automotive sensors and actuators.
4. Detection terminals are installed on the panel of the test bench, which can directly detect the electrical signals, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

The panel part of the test bench adopts a 1.5mm thick mold to form an aluminum alloy frame structure, which is beautiful in appearance; the bottom frame part is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated by spraying process, and has a self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable, and durable.
6. The work of the test bench adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through internal circuit transformer rectification, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, and the 12V DC power supply has the function of preventing short circuit.
