The basic requirements for fixture design of three-dimensional flexible workbench
(1)The tooling fixture of modular fixture tables should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
When the fixture is put into use in production, it must bear various forces, so the fixture should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
(2) Clamping reliability. When clamping, the positioning position of the workpiece cannot be damaged and the shape and size of the product must meet the requirements of the drawing. It can neither allow the workpiece to loosen and slide, nor make the workpiece restraint too large to produce a large restraint stress.
(3)The flexibility of welding operation.
The use of fixtures for production should ensure sufficient welding space, so that operators have a good view and operating environment, so that the whole process of welding production is in a stable working state
(4)To facilitate the loading and unloading of weldments. During operation, it should be considered that the product can be smoothly removed from the fixture after assembly tack welding or welding, and the product should not be damaged when it is turned over or lifted.
(5)Good manufacturability.
The designed steel welding table or cast iron welding table fixture should be easy to manufacture, install and operate, and easy to inspect, repair and replace vulnerable parts. Factors such as the existing clamping power source, hoisting capacity and installation site in the workshop should also be considered in the design to reduce the manufacturing cost of the fixture.

What is the difference between 16 series and 28 series of three-dimensional flexible fixtures?
The main reason is that the aperture of the working platform is different, the 16 series is 16mm, and the 28 series is a straight hole of 28mm.
