Small Tips
1.The above quotation doesn't include the conveyor,if need conveyor need add USD160.
2.Take cartridge out of the printer if not using,and put plastic cover back to cartridge.
3.If nozzle head is blocked or dirty ,please use napkin,cover on nozzle head and shake a few seconds.
4.Cartridge is consumable material which is not convered by warranty.

Q: Is there any warranty?
A: Yes, We provide 12 Months Warranty on all of our products.
Q: Can it print on plastic? What's your font height?
A: Yes, our inkjet printer also can printer on box, stone, medium density fibreboard, stainless steel, pipe, metal, aluminum
foil,cable, etc.
The range for font height is 2mm~12.7mm (0.0789inch~0.0512inch, adjustable)
Q: What's the lifetime for ink cartridge? How many colors do you have?
A: For the lifetime, it has 45 ml ink. Expire time is 8-10 months. Because solvent ink is fast drying.
For the color of ink cartridge, solvent ink includes blue, white, red, yellow, green color. Waterbased ink includesinvisible and
black color.
Q: What language can print?
A: It can print Chinese,English, Korean,Japanese,Spanish,Portuguese,Turkish,Arabic,Italian,French,Russian . For other language,
you can print through USB.
Q: What fonts does it include? If the size can be adjusted?
A: Font includes vector fonts and Bitmap fonts. Bitmap fonts is adjustable. You can print text, QR code, BAR code, Picture,
Time,and count. Picture and logo need to be inserted by u disk.
