PVC /PVG Solid Woven Belt with Black Cover

Our SOLID WOVEN CONVEYOR BELTS (PVC/PVG) range of solid woven belts come with PVC or PVG covers, and provide excellent impact and tear resistance. They also have excellent flame or anti-static properties depending on your selection.

 

PVC Solid Woven Conveyor Belt

Ideal for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of 16° maximum.

Non pressed PVC belt has maximum cover thickness of 0.8 mm.

Pressed PVC type can have cover thickness upto 4mm, giving better properties to the belt, such as impact resistance & longer service life.

PVG Solid Woven Belt with Nitrile Rubber Cover

Suitable for carrying materials mix with water at an angle of up to 20°.

The cover, mainly composed of rubber, provides excellent troughability, service life, and better resistance to wetness, slip, impact & wear & tear.

Abrasion Resistant

Knowledge of the abrasion of the transported material is fundamental. In addition to the nature of the material, granulometry and its degree of humidity intervene in its abrasive or cutting behavior.

Some examples:

  • Highly abrasive materials: clinker, iron ore, pyrite, metallurgical coke, superphosphate, lignite, magnetite, quartz, glass powder. Recommended cover: DIN W
  • Medium abrasive materials: anthracite, coal, ash, bauxite, potash, gravel, aluminum, concrete, sand. Recommended cover: DIN Y
  • Cutting materials: scrap, andesite, schist, ryolite, comblanchien, and all granulometry rocks more than 100 mm freshly slaughtered. Recommended cover: DIN X

Fire Resistant
These belts are manufactured in accordance to the EN12882, to resist flammable environments. They are antistatic and fire resistant for all aboveground applications.

European standard EN 12882 defines the different safety requirements for the different categories of risk identified by the user for the different applications.

Heat Resistant
ZHENXING heat-resistant belts are in compliance with the International Standard for conveying hot material ISO 4195 (1&2).

These belts are used to transport hot materials, with temperatures higher than 176°F (80°C). The maximum recommended temperature varies depending on the processed material.

Oil resistant
These oil resistant belts are used:

  • When oily components are present in the material transported such as fuel oil in coal or ferilizers, lubrication oils in metal recycling, founderies, steel processes, waste industries or in the case of special processes such as glass or chemical
  • For the transport of a chemical component that has good chemical compatibility with nitrile NBR rubber which is the main elastomer used in the rubber covers.

 2. Flame Retardancy
(1) Grinding number of drum: the surface temperature of the drum shall not be greater than 325 ºC
(2) Blowtorch combustion: the average time for full-thickness specimen to blowtorch without flame shall not be greater than 3.0s, and the average time for covering layer removal shall not be greater than 5.0S
(3) Propane combustion: Nondestructive length greater than 2250mm

3. Safety Performance
The conveyor belt has passed the flame retardant test and electrostatic test and obtained the certificate, coal safety mark, and customer recognition.
This product is made of an integral belt core as skeleton material, which is plasticized after impregnating and coating PVC material with excellent antistatic and flame retardant properties.

4. The service life of the longest service life belt body is determined by the following factors:
(1) The dense belt core is woven from warp and weft filaments and covered cotton;
(2) Impregnated with PVC material with a special formula to achieve high bonding strength between belt core and cover glue;
(3) Specially formulated cover glue; So as to make the belt body resistant to impact, tear and wear.
