Q: How is your quality ?
A: We have technicians and QC for quality control . And we would like to do third party inspection such as SGS of CIQ and so on.
Q: Can you provide OEM / ODM service?
A: Yes, OEM / ODM are avaliable.
Q: Can you supply free samples?
A: Free samples is avallable, but freight charges will be at your account.The charges will be return to you or deduct from your order in the future.
Q: What abour the payment ?
A: TT , Irrevocable L / C at sight , Western Union , Paypal or Made in China account.
Q: How about your delivery time of the products ?
A: For normal products , we usually have a stock . Special products need to be negotiated with customers.
Q: How about your after-sale service ?
A: Any problems,we will try our best to find the best solution and give you a satisfying feedback And we will track the whole process from the time we received the order to the time you received the goods.
Q: How about the packing ?
A: Usually we use ordinary packaging like plastic bag,kraft bag. If the customer has a request , we will meet customers requirement.
