Description

Diesel flow improver (diesel pour point depressant)HY1805

Product Introduction:HY1805 series diesel pour point depressants are made of ethylene and vinyl acetate as the main raw materials. It adopts high pressure solution polymerization process and plus the appropriate dispersant. HY1805 can increase the diesel oil yield in the refining process, It can save high quality aviation kerosene, and it can blend low freezing diesel.  It will save cost, increase the comprehensive utilization rate of energy and improve the economic benefit of the refinery.
Product Application: HY1805 diesel flow improver series products can reduce the cold filter point and pour point of different types of diesel oil and improve the low temperature flow performance of diesel oil.
Recommended Dosage (WT%): 0.01 ~ 0.1%.
Product Usage:     1.The use effect depends on the performance of the
improver and the type of diesel oil and the refining process.
It needs to be tested before use to determine the
configuration scheme before formal use.
2. Before use, Use kerosene or other solvent oil in the ratio
of 15:1, dilute HY1805 to be mother liquid, operating
temperature is not less than 50ºC; The best effect  can be achieved when the mother liquid is added to diesel oil and mixed evenly.
