Structural characteristics1.Our high speed cutting machine adopts the slant feed structure of Italian 45- degree technology. Compared with swing arm type and the flat push type, 45- degree slant feed mechanism which has non- vibration of knife, higher precision and more smooth of saw cutting ,longer life of saw blade, fully protection of Feed Screw and Servo Motor. This mechanism greatly improves the working life of machine's key parts;
2.The feed line rail of clamp is made by integrated hard track which is processed by vacuum quenching of die steel, its hardness can reach HRC60-62. In additional, it equipped with a chip conveyor and the rail groove is designed with lubricating oil groove in each side,and the electric lubricating pump lubricate in regularly and quantified. Clamping is in high precision and good rigidity which can resist saw blade vibration effectively to improve the lifetime and accuracy of saw blade;Product Advantages1.
