Q1: How can I get some sample?
A1: Samples are available, the buyer is expected to cover the sample costs and freight.
Q2: Can you make my brand on products?

Q3: What's your minimum quantity for order (MOQ)?
A3: 1PCS for sample, the MOQ for order is 20ft container.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
A4: It depends on the order quantity. Usually samples can be deliveried within 1~3 days.
The batch order can be shipped within 30 after receiving original L/C or TT deposit.
Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A5: Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shippment. LC is acceptable.
Q6: How about the warranty?
A6: Our warranty is 1 year, if the parts broken in warranty, we will send the parts in shipment.
Q7: Can I buy different products in one container?
A7: Yes, you can mix different models of air cooler in the container.

A8: Yes, CE certificatation from Europe & ISO9001 can be provided, also we can provide COC certification for Customer Clearance.
