1, Immediately after receiving the user's notice to respond, and timely and free of charge to assist in analysing and troubleshooting, free of charge to provide the appropriate parts;
2, In the warranty period, due to improper use of the user caused by the failure, our company in the user's notice received an immediate response, and timely arrangements for after-sales docking your relevant technical personnel troubleshooting, repair or replacement of parts, need to replace the parts, discretionary cost of the parts fee.
3, After the expiration of the warranty period, when there is a failure, our company will actively arrange the after-sales docking your company to troubleshoot, repair or replace the parts, and charge the cost of parts and service charges as appropriate.

Operating Principle

When temperature is lower than a certain temperature(-10ºC), or output temperature lower than a set temperature, the spray pump stops working, and the Cooling Tower can be working under a dry cooling mode, with no evaporating loss to save the water and energy.

Wet Cooling Mode
When temperature is higher than a certain temperature(-2ºC), or output temperature higher than a set temperature, the spray pump starts working, and the cooling tower can be working under a wet cooling mode. This Evaporative Cooling ensures a big cooling capacity.
