Ultrasonic extraction refers to the use of ultrasonic extraction machines to increase the molecular motion of substances by using the strong cavitation effect, mechanical vibration, disturbance effect, high acceleration, emulsification, diffusion, crushing and stirring effects produced by ultrasonic radiation pressure. The frequency and speed increase the solvent penetration, thereby accelerating the entry of the target components into the solvent, and promoting the mature extraction technology for extraction. Ultrasonic extraction technology is applicable to a wide range of extraction agents, water, methanol, ethanol, etc. are commonly used extraction agents, which have the advantages of easy operation and high extraction efficiency.

Features

(1) Compared with conventional extraction methods, ultrasonic extraction technology has high extraction efficiency and short extraction time;
