Directions:	COLD PACK: 1. Place pack in the refrigerator for a minimum one hour, or in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2. When ready to use, remove from the refrigerator or freezer. Once removed from the refrigerator or freezer, the pack will stay cold for a maximum of one hour. 5.Repeat steps 1-3 as needed.
