Topicamide is a white crystalline powder. Odourless. Soluble in ethanol or chloro form, slightly soluble in water.The absorbance was measured at 254nm and the absorption coefficients (E1% 1cm) ranged from 167 to 177. It can be used for dilated pupil examination and optometry, etc. It can also be used for prevention and treatment of juvenile pseudomyopia.
