Our headquarters is Beijing North Institute of Biological Technology (BNIBT), it was established on July01,1985, which has engaged in researching, producing and selling of in vitro diagnose kits. It's one of the biggest and earliest institutes of the field in China.

E2 kit is based on competitive method. Coat micro well plates with E2 antibody. Add E2 calibrator (or patient sample) and HRP-E2 to form E2-antibody-HRP-E2 complex. The binding amount of HRP-E2 is reversely proportional to E2 content in serum. Remove the unbound E2-HRP. Add substrate and detect absorbent value. Calculate E2 content of patient serum through computer or plotting fitting concentration-absorbent value curve. 1.Coated Microplate: 1 plate (8×12 wells), Ready to use. Coated E2- antibody and sealed in an aluminum bag. Remove the strips in the resealable bag with a desiccant to protect from moisture after opened. Store at 2~8ºC until expiration date.
2.HRP Conjugate: 1 vial of 6ml, Ready to use. Containing HRP labeled E2 and proclin-300 preservative. Store at 2~8ºC until expiration date.
3.Calibrator: 6 vials of 0.5ml, Ready to use. Labeled with S0 to S5 and the concentration of E2 is 0, 40, 100, 200, 400, 1000pg/ml. Store at 2~8ºC until expiration date.
4.Control: 2 vials of 0.5ml, Ready to use. The concentration of low value is 42~78pg/ml. The concentration of high value is 406~754pg/ml. Store at 2~8ºC until expiration date.
