Yes, we have develpment department,and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.
3. How long does it take to ship the order? Normal small batch orders can be shipped within 3-5 days, and large batch orders are
shipped within 7-20 days. Please contact us for specific delivery time for OEM/ODM orders.
4.How to deal with damaged products during transportation?
After receiving the product, please check whether the outer packaging is
complete. If the inner product is damaged, please take a photo or video to keep the evidence, contact us, and we will refund you for the damaged product.
