100L Stainless Steel Tincture Solution Pharmaceutical Chemical Mixing Storage Tank is used to mix the Herbal extractor APIs or chemical with ethanol solution together and homogenizer .
Tincture solution refers to the clear liquid preparation made by extracting or dissolving the drug substance with specified concentration of ethanol, which can also be diluted with flow extract. It can be taken orally or externally
A drug made by immersing crude drugs in alcohol or dissolving chemicals in alcohol.
Tincture is simple to prepare and easy to store. However, there are more ethanol in the solvent, so there are some limitations in clinical application


100L Stainless Steel Tincture Solution Pharmaceutical Chemical Mixing Storage Tank Characteristic:
1) Volume we can produce from 50L ---5000L.
2) Material we can use SS304 and SS316L. etc.
3) it can used in single layer or double jacket layers.
4) Jacket can be used different type : single full jacket ,limpet coil jacket and dimple type jacket.
5) Jacket can be used for heating and cooling .
6) top mounted agitator : propeller type ,anchor type ,high shear emulsify type etc.
7) Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc.
8) Tank can be equipped with manhole ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level sensor ,temperature sensor ,pressure sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve etc.
9) Tank can be CIP/SIP online.
10) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.
