Product Description

A high-pressure control valve for high-temperature and high-differential pressure conditions is a specialized valve designed to regulate or control the flow of fluid in demanding industrial processes where the operating conditions involve elevated pressures and temperatures. This type of valve is engineered to withstand extreme conditions and maintain precise control over fluid flow while ensuring safety and reliability.

Feature

A structure with disperse throttling can avoid serious local erosion caused by resistance to flow.
A first throttling is carried out by adopting a reducer coupling to set up the resistance (orifice plate throttling) in valve.
A second throttling is carried out by adopting a perforated cage (characteristic throttling) to disperse a pressure.
A balanced structure fits for a plug with dia. 25mm or above, and a shunting can be realized through the balance hole after refined calculations.
A thrid throttling will be carried out through a cage with an anti-cavitation structure as per the multistage principle.
Cage guided adopts the dispersal of impact load caused by vibration through a large metal surface to reduce damage on metal surface and wear from guiding.
Trim is made from anti-erosion and anti-cavitation materials with good hardness and tenacity by special treatment, which increases the stiffness of moving part to eliminate cracking. Plug, seat and surface guided all of them gotten unique finish and hardness pairing and have along service life.
