Main features
1. This machine is a fully automatic CNC machine tool, which is used to process inner and outer cylinders, cones, end faces, threads, cutting and chamfering. It is especially suitable for the processing of machine tool motor drums, plates and other parts.
2. Vertical guide rail structure, the column, base and slide block are made of high-grade gray cast iron, the column and slide rail are high-frequency quenched, and the guide rail is processed by moving plastic rods to ensure the long-term stability and accuracy of the machine tool.
3. The spindle of the machine tool adopts the spindle servo motor, which is suitable for powerful cutting; at the same time, it is also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of parts.
4. The X/Z axis feed is automatically controlled by the servo motor. Z-axis adopts counterweight, reliable structure and low failure rate.
5. The X/Z axis of the machine tool adopts domestic precision ball screws and screw bearings to meet high-precision and high-rigidity cutting requirements.
6. The machine is lubricated by an electric lubrication pump.
