Dextrose (chemical formula C6H12O6), also known as corn gluten, corn sugar, referred to as glucose. Chemical name:
2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexanal, English name: Dextrose, Cornsugar, Grapesugar, Bloodsugar. Is the most widely distributed and most important kind of monosaccharide, it is a polyhydroxyaldehyde.

Pure Dextrose is a colorless crystal, sweet but most people can not taste the sweet, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether. 3.Application: 


1.Industrial Dextrose from starch hydrolysis, 60 years of application of microbial enzyme production of glucose. This is a major innovation that has obvious advantages over acid hydrolysis.
