Main feature
1. The outer cover shell is a closed form of stainless steel, the internal table is made of stainless steel material,which can
maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination,and meets the GMP requirement.
2. The machine is equipped with a plexiglass perspective window, which can see the state of the pressing sheet,and the side panels can be fully opened,which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. All controllers and operating components are properly arranged.
4. The frequency conversion speed regulating device is adopted for electrical speed control, which is easy to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate.
5. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device, which can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded.
6. Electromechanical integration, touch keys and screen display.
7. Take the lead in trying semi-automatic lubrication device and plexiglass dust-proof device on the upper end of the turntable.
8. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank below the main engine, which is an independent part separated safely and will not pollute each other. It also makes the transmission part soak in the oil pool, which is easy to heat and wear.
9. The machine is equipped with a powder suction device, which can suck the dust in the pressing room.
10. The wearing parts such as upper track, feeder, hopper, drive worm, powder gauge and so on have a common structure with ZP33 products, which is conducive to standardization, universalization and serialization.
