Description
HC-887 single component.
Neutral ketoxime type, medium modulus, durable, UV-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, can form high adhesion and weather-resistant sealing performance on most building materials.
Applicable materials:
It can be applied to the combined assembly and sealing of commonly used building materials such as glass, ceramics, fiberglass, galvanized metal surfaces, pottery, most plastic panels, non-oily wood, anodized or painted aluminum profiles.
Use restrictions:
It is not suitable for engineering applications where the surface temperature of the construction substrate exceeds 50°C. Ketoxime-type products are not recommended for copper products, and cannot be used in an environment that is completely isolated from air before curing.

 FINISHED  PRODUCT STORAGE WAREHOUSE

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.  
 Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.

Yes. We can do OEM for our customers.

4. Can I get a sample before I order?

Of course you can. Generally, we provide 1-5 pieces of free samples. The courier fee is borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

5. How long will it take you to complete my order?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Generally, we only need 5 days to produce 20,000 pieces with a capacity of 1,600 tons a month, after receiving your payment.
