Cold room (also called walk in cooler room) is widely used in Fishery, Fish plant, Supermarket, Hotel and Restaurant, etc. The temperature range of frozen goods cold room is usually keeping in -18~-25°C by insulation and cooling system, it can be frozen up to -40~-60°C for special deep-sea fish such as tuna fish cold storage. With the help of cold room, the stored fish is not perishable and the taste is good.   

Cold Room Type:

According to different temperature range, cold room can be divided into 0~+5 degree Celsius cold room, -18 degree Celsius freezing room and -35 degree Celsius quick freezing room.

Cold Room Panels Choosing:

We have pre-painted steel (color steel) PU panels and stainless steel PU panels for option.

Panel thickness: 100mm thick for 0~+5 degree Celsius cold room, 150mm thick for -18 degree Celsius freezing room and 200mm thick for -35 degree Celsius quick freezing room.

The core material of PUR insulation panel is a product of polyisocya-nate and polyether type or polyester type polyol in a certain proportion of the reaction.
The features of PUR insulation panel: Good heat conductivity, greatwater absorption, good in temperature preservation performance, excellent compressive strength and tensile strength, not easy to deformation, it is widely used in maintaining the combination of cold room structure.
 
Manual sliding door, it is reasonable material selection, simple in structure, delicate in appearance, with integrated foaming of internal polyurethane foam, the door is with escape and safety devices, it is safe and practical. 
Applicable environment : - 60ºC  -- 120ºC  cold room/freezer room, high temperature warehouse.
 
Semi-embedded door, Half of the door embedded in the door frame, the air-tightness and insulation performance is excellent.
Applicable environment : -45ºC -50ºC  small cold room/ freezer room etc.
 
Type D (ceiling type), L type (ground),series of unit cooler, is a kind of applicable to various cold storage (such as cold room construction or combination of cold room)cooling equipment. lt has the advantages of compact structure, light weight,high efficiency, the cold storage food rapid cooling, greatly improving the storage of food freshness.

A: Hello, all our products MOQ is 1 piece. All products can enjoy factory price.

Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Usually for units we need 35 days to produce. If it is a special voltage of 60hz, the production time needs to be extended by 5-10 days. Panels and other things usually we need 7-20 days depends on amount.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Hello, most of our products can provide samples. Sample fee and shipping fee will be paid by customer. Panel samples can be provided free of charge. Shipping is paid by the customer.
