Mullite Silicon Carbide High Alumina Refractory Brick are made of high-alumina bauxite clinker and silicon carbide through high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing.
Application:
It is suitable for transition zone, cooling zone, kiln mouth and other locations of cement kiln.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
