We provide various nuts, washers, screws and bolts. The strength grade can be 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 or A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, A4-80. The material used can be Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, or other non-ferrous metals for you, such as copper or tin bronze. The length and thread are customized according to your needs.

Could you send me your catalogue and price list?A: As we have more than thousands of products, it is really too hard to send all of catalogue and price list for you. Please inform us the style you interested, we can offer the price list for your reference.
2.What material of the product can you supply?A: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze or according to your requirement.
3.What's your packing?A: Our Normal packing is bulking in Cartons, 20~25kgs/carton, 36 or 48 cartons/ pallet.
We also can pack products according to your requirement.
4.Can you provide customization service?A. Yes, We both manufacture standard bolts, nuts, screws and develop successfully more than 100 customized parts in different sizes and materials.
5.Can you provide free samples?A:Yes, If it is the standard fastener and on stock, we can provide free samples and freight collect. But please kindly understand that we charge some sample fees and mould fee for customized samples before making bulk order. We have spent labor and material cost on making the sample, so you need to pay some sample fee, but it will be refunded after bulk order.
6.Does every customized part need mould fee? A:Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a turning part does not need a mould yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures.
7.If I have paid the mould fee yet receive the nonconforming samples,what will you do?A:For the first development of non-standard parts, we refund the mould fee in case of 2 times of nonconforming samples delivered.But if you trust us and continue to give us opportunities, we will continue to study until success. After all, it takes time to develop a reliable new product.
8.Where are your factories, can I have a visit? A:We have invested in a number of factories, mainly located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Welcome to visit our factory, we can pick you up at the nearby airport or railway station.
9.How do you guarantee quality?A. Strictly follow the ISO9001 quality certification system for quality control. We regularly carry out worker self-inspection and route inspection in the production process. QC will conduct strict sampling inspection before packaging, and ship after passing the inspection. Inspection certificate and steel mill's raw material test report are provided for each batch of products.
10.What is your MOQ and mould fee for processing?Is the mould fee refunded?A. MOQ for non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons according to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
B. MOQ for common standard fasteners: 1 box of our regular carton packaging qua
C. MOQ for turning parts is 100 pieces, charging no mould fee. But if you need samples confirming, charging the sample fee, and refund it after make the order.
11.What is your delivery time?A: 15-30 days for samples, 25-50 days for mass production.
12.Do you accept the use of our logo?A:If you have a large quantity, we absolutely accept OEM OR ODM.
13.What about your payment terms?A: 30% T/T before shipment as deposit, 70% balance amount before shipment.
