High Speed Automatic Wood Optimizing Docking Cut Off Saw


 This machine is heavy duty yet economically priced fault docker with the added benefit of automatic front and rear end trim and up to 10 preset lengths to an accuracy of +/- 1mm. A high feed rate of 150m/min makes this machine suitable for fault docking higher production products such as decking or T&G flooring.

 
Function & Specification

Cut-off scarring and defect ,and cut for fixed lengths.
Through the automatic optimizing ,the timber value incresed by at lease 5%.
Especially for the manufacturing mode of "several orders with small quantity "
To remove the scars and defects as well as cut off the timber with setup lengths
