A: Yes,sample will be free for flexible hose & Brass fittings. You need to pay some sample cost for Bronze valves and Brass Valves if it is new item for us.
Q: Can we visit your factory ?
A: Yes, warmly welcome and study together for new products developing.
Q: What is the MOQ:
A: The flexible hose MOQ: 1000pcs;
The Brass fitting MOQ: 5000pcs;
The Brass valve MOQ: 3000pcs.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Our payment is 30% as down payment, 70% against copy of BL within one week, and we can change payment terms after at least two year cooperation.
Q: What is your gurantee?
A: 3 Years. And we make control for all process ( raw material, Processing, final products), all of products are 100% leakage test.
Q: what is the delivery time?
A: 35days for flexible hose & brass fittings. 40 days for bronze valves and brass valves.
Q: Can you help us to arrange shipping?
A: Yes,we can quote you CIF,DDP,DDU terms when i received your order.
